Getting Started on Your WorkStyle Profile

The Discus questionaire takes only 10 minutes to complete online. The easily understood and comprehensive report provides a detailed analysis based on four key characteristics of behaviour: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. Your Discus Profile Report comes with a detailed information and a guide to help you interpret the information. Even more help is available online. Our professional consultants are also available for individual coaching, or to develop and facilitate group sessions.

Here are the steps for completing your profile...

1. Click here if you'd like to see sample reports or get more information on the profile.
2. If you don't already have a password, click here to contact us via e-mail, or call 403.256.6869 to get one.
3. When you have your password, click here to get started on the profile questionnaire. A new page will open in a separate window. Type your password into the text box, then click the "Questionnaire" button.
4. When you have completed the questionnaire, we will be notified immediately. Your profile report will be generated and e-mailed to you with instructions for any planned next steps.
