Talisman Energy - Engagement Survey

North American Operations has been working with staff to become “A better place to work, and a place that works better.” Staff participating in focus groups recommended an engagement survey to assess employee perceptions of the organization. 1200 staff were surveyed, with reports prepared for each team, business area and the division overall. As experienced Organization Development Consultants we were also able to support action planning at the manager and executive level.

Nexen Inc. - Customer Survey

Nexen's SAP Support Centre wanted to know how its customers, SAP users, felt about the service they provided. For the last 2 years, we have facilitated design of the questions and delivered the survey request to more than 500 users. Our summary report is used by the mamagement team to build a service improvment strategy for the Centre.

Alberta Egg Producers - Vision, Mission, Values

Leading up to its annual Board Strategy Meeting, AEP asks staff and Board Members to assess how well the organization is living its Vision, Mission and Values. Our summary report provides insight into the issues both groups feel should be considered for strategic action.
